.xyz Co-ordinate files

KTF can work with very large co-ordinate files mainly for ZTV applications. On many occasions the data will be too large to be able to read into the drawing or to create a ground model from that would triangulate directly using the source data (the Gridding method does enable the model to be created from large xyz files). Note that if you need to read xyz data into the drawing use menu item File utilities, .txt Co-ordinate files, Input and to make the drawing as small as possible select the “Draw all as 3D Points” option.
