Operation
Return to accept nominal scale or enter alternative.
Return to accept layer or enter alternative.
Use appropriate object snaps to pick :-
1. the point at the “centre of the arc”.
2. point at “start of the arc”.
3. point to fix “end of arc” working clockwise.
Pick point to locate the annotation text.
