Purpose
To calculate the flat top of a "self defining bund with flat top".
Operation
Enter the width of the top of the bund.
Enter the gradient of the first side of the bund gradient.
Enter the gradient of the second side of the bund gradient.
The result is the difference in height from the apex to the flat top.
