Purpose
To convert selected 3D Polylines to 2D Polylines (and level blocks to have a Z value of 0.000).
Operation
Select 3D Polylines and level blocks. Note that 3D Polylines with all vertices at the same Z value will be converted to 2D Polylines at the appropriate elevation (e.g. contours).
