Purpose
To add into the drawing point survey features/symbols such as street furniture and trees by picking their plan location.
Operation
At the command line the program prompts for a number of settings/values but the main logic regarding codes is the same as described in menu item File utilities, .txt Co-ordinate files, Input see Feature codes, Symbols.
