Purpose
To draw complex 2D "linetypes" by inserting a series of scaled block. The standard blocks are designed as "1 X 1" blocks and are installed into the KTF user support folder.
Operation
Choose the feature, layer and width. Pick a series of locations to define the hedge etc.
