Purpose
To provide an "Undo" function for the above two menu items to work at any time after their use.
Operation
The dialogue lists the set of layers frozen from the most recent use of one of the above two menu items. Use "Previous set" and "Next set" buttons to view other sets. If some layers are required to stay frozen highlight them.
