Purpose
To draw horizontal sight lines "traveling" along a Horizontal Alignment (2D Polyline).
Operation
Select the 2D Polyline.
Enter the visibility distance.
If "Draw ruler lines" is on every site line will be drawn.
Specify which side is being considered.
