Purpose
To enclose level values in brackets or add "FL" prefix for presentation purposes. Note that many KTF functions will not work with these modified blocks if the level attribute value is no longer a real number.
Operation
Select level blocks, return to add brackets or enter "F" for "FL" prefix for Floor Level.
