Purpose
To make global addition or multiplication to level attribute values.
Operation
Select the level blocks, return to enter value or enter "Z" to use block Z value.
Return to add or enter "M" to multiply, enter the adjustment value, return to exclude text entities.
Return to move the blocks to new Z values.
Enter the new number of decimal places (or return to keep the existing number of decimal places).
