Purpose
To draw 3D Polylines representing the Freeboard and Maintenance strip (optional).
Operation
Select the 3D Polylines representing the water outline and pond base.
Set the Freeboard height and Maintenance strip width and gradient (if required). Click Accept pond to add 3D Polyline(s) on the specified layer(s).
