The real scale is always 1:1 and the units are metres.
Scale has to be considered before plotting and KTF is only intended to work in Model Space so when for example a function is to add spot levels into the drawing there will be a "Nominal Scale" command line prompt or option in a dialogue. This is used to set the height of attributes to be appropriate for the intended scale of plotting.
Menu item Annotate and Enhance, Blocks and Text, Rescale may be used to globally rescale selected Block and Text entities.
