Purpose
To highlight flat lengths on a 2D Polyline (e.g. representing a Vertical Alignment or channel). The output is colour bars located above or below the section.
Operation
Pick the datum line and pick the 2D Polyline. There are three ranges of steepness (or flatness) that are user defined. In this example lengths at or flatter than 1 in 200 are shown in red. The width of the colour bars can be changed. If drawing a colour key pick a point to fix its location (right justified).
