The following seven menu items all write .sek files and provide the essential means to create fast direct sections without creating a ground model first. For certain applications including the creation of existing road and river sections they provide the best method and a very accurate solution. Having created the section use menu items Sections, Draw Section and Draw Cross Sections.

 

Note that the direction of increasing chainages is defined by the direction of the defining Polyline. To verify this with an option to reverse use menu item Polyline utilities, Reverse direction.
