Purpose
To set manhole cover levels from surfaces "radiating out" on both sides from the Master String at a specified gradient.
Manholes are represented as KT-Fmh blocks
Operation
Select the manholes.
Pick the Horizontal Alignment and select the .vtg file.
Typical settings for 1 in 40 cross fall
Click OK and the CL attributes in the manhole blocks will be set.
